| Last Time Buy was a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it was discontinuing Sale of 24online above listed add on modules (Network Security, Web Cache Module, Qmail Management & Mail Relay module) |

| Maintenance Mode began immediately after the Last Time Buy phase. During Maintenance Mode, the add-on modules are not available for purchase from Elitecore Technologies. Modules purchased during prior to Maintenance mode period are covered by 24online standard warranties. While in this phase, Channel partners were able to place their last stocking orders for Module purchase. |

| End of Life is a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it is no longer offering the 24online above listed modules and it will not provide warranty services, updates, or upgrades, technical support after this date. 24online will continue to provide maintenance support to existing add on modules that are under warranty or under a valid support contract purchased prior to Maintenance phase start date. |

| At the end of this phase, module information will be removed from 24online Web site including datasheets, collateral, etc. |
