| Last Time Buy was a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it was discontinuing Sale of 24online software Version 5.x.x.x & 6.x.x.x products. |

| Maintenance Mode began immediately after the Last Time Buy phase. During Maintenance Mode, the product is not available for purchase from Elitecore Technologies. Products purchased during prior to Maintenance mode period are covered by 24online standard warranties. While in this phase, Channel partners were able to place their last stocking orders for Software Version 6.x.x.x. |

| End of Life is a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it is no longer offering the 24online Software version 5.x.x.x & 6.x.x.x and it will not provide warranty services, updates, or upgrades, technical support after this date for Software Version 5.x.x.x & 6.x.x.x products. 24online will continue to provide maintenance support to existing Software Version products that are under warranty or under a valid support contract purchased prior to Maintenance phase start date. |

| At the end of this phase, product information of Software Version 5.x.x.x & 6.x.x.x will be removed from 24online Web site including datasheets, collateral, etc. |

| 24online Technical team will assist customers who have Software version 5.x.x.x & 6.x.x.x of 24online to transition to 24online 7.x.x.x Version. Please contact your 24online sales representative for assistance with such programs. This program is only valid for customers under valid Maintenance contract. |
